Lumresoft EOOD, Bulevard Aleksander Stamboliyski 55, Sofia 1000, Bulgaria, is responsible for the personal data collected on this site and on flonix.io, the Flonix product site. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Data Readiness Assessment: your name, work email, company if you give it, and your answers and score.
- Site statistics: the pages you visit, the links and buttons you click, how far down a page you scroll, the site that sent you, and your device type, browser and operating system. These do not identify you; see "Cookies and statistics" below.
Why we use it
To reply to your message, to send you your assessment score and, if you ask us to, to follow up on it. We rely on the steps you ask us to take before a possible agreement and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Who sees it
Your message reaches our mailbox through Google's Gmail email service, which handles it on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any work that follows. We delete it sooner if you ask.
Cookies and statistics
Neither site sets cookies. To see how the sites are used, we keep simple statistics on our own server, with no outside analytics service. We do not store your IP address: together with your browser details, it is turned into a code that changes every day, so your visits cannot be linked from one day to the next. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is recorded. We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding how the sites are used (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Fonts and scripts are served from our own server.
To block spam, when you send a form we keep a one-way code made from your IP address. It only tells us whether the same address sent a form in the last 30 seconds.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection in Bulgaria or to the data protection authority in your country.
